Located in the iconic MCM building at 123 Rombout Avenue since 2017 Roc Pilates is a woman-owned business centrally located to Beacon's Main Street. Since 2017 Roc Pilates offers Reformer Classes & Private Lessons in a small boutique setting.

If you are new to Pilates, it's a new form of fitness created by Joseph Pilates in 1927. The Method creates a balanced body with long, lean muscles through continuous movement and active stretching. Pilates helps relieve tension in the body, develops mental clarity through focus on each exercise while building a strong body.
Group classes are all about skill building. It is a fun, low pressure way to get in your workout for the entire body. The group works together with a strong focus on core, legs and arms. Precision, alignment and flow are key. We keep things moving for the full 55 minutes and often use the Magic Circle and weights.
Equipment at Roc Pilates includes the High Chair, Wunda Chair, all of the Barrels, the Magic Circle, Reformers and Cadillac. We love the Reformer but Pilates is so much more. By using all the apparatus with a regular practice, clients can develop a deeper understanding of Pilates and see radical changes in their bodies. Combining private lessons with group classes is highly recommended unless you have pain issues. For specific conditions, please book privates only.
