Trax Espresso Bar & Coffee Roasters (The Roastery)
469 Fishkill Avenue
From the coffee shop owners of Mountain Tops on the West End of Main Street near the train, this is their second location of a coffee shop, this time on the East End of town near the mountain. With the coffee shops book-ending each other Beacon is now complete, with other coffee shops in between. Outdoor seating available, and spacious inside. Don't count on cell service, though. Coverage is spotty down there. Wifi is available.

Eat Church Food Truck
511 Fishkill Avenue
Eat Church is food as punk as truck. Eat Church is a celebration of community. Let us commune to give thanks and praises for the bounty of the Hudson Valley. Rock. Roll. Eat. Amen. They are a food truck that operates with the mission that community is built through the interaction of eating and drinking with one another. They provide multiple opportunities for these experiences through rotating menus or "revues" in which they will visit varying ideas about food and how we all come together to eat it.

Industrial Arts Brewing
511 Fishkill Avenue
(845) 765-1355
We are brewers first, and proud of it. We take quality seriously and our focus is on producing fresh, expressive American beers. Our team brews these modern classics in a sprawling pre-Civil War industrial complex in the lower Hudson Valley of New York, striking a contrast between tradition and innovation.
