Beacon Culinary Legend, Sound Maker and Creative, Matt Hutchins, Has Passed At Age 51 Last Sunday, news arrived that the creative contributor to Beacon's culinary and restaurant scene, Matt Hutchins, had passed. Matt is without argument the pinnacle of how Beacon's restaurant world shaped, with many people around him developing at the same time. Several in the Beacon community have left words of their grief and how he touched them. A brief timeline of where he influenced is in this article. Updates have been made since its original publishing to include another restaurant he was connected to in Newburgh.
